🛎️ Can couples request a room with only two occupants?
Accommodation under the All-In Package is based on triple sharing.
Delegates are strongly encouraged to embrace the shared room arrangement as part of the Convention experience. Beyond helping maximize available accommodations for our delegates, shared rooms provide another opportunity for fellowship and community throughout our four-day gathering.
Requests for alternative room arrangements, including two-person occupancy, may be submitted to the Convention Committee but will be subject to hotel availability, approval, and any applicable additional charges.
Delegates with specific accommodation requirements are encouraged to indicate these during registration so the committee can assess requests as early as possible.
🛎️ What is the accommodation arrangement for the All-In Package?
Accommodation under the ₱20,000 All-In Package is based on triple-sharing occupancy at Taal Vista Hotel for four days and three nights.
Room assignments will be coordinated by the Convention Committee based on confirmed registrations, chapter delegations, participant requirements, and hotel availability.
Delegates are encouraged to embrace shared accommodations as part of the Convention's spirit of community and fellowship - One Flock. One Faith.
🛎️ Can delegates arrange their own accommodation instead of staying at Taal Vista Hotel?
Yes. Delegates who prefer to arrange their own accommodation may register under the ₱13,000 Stay-Out Package.
Stay-Out delegates will still receive:
Access to Convention venues and programs
Convention meals on May 7–8, including snacks, lunch, and managed buffet dinner
May 6 fellowship lunch at CSA Audi Gym
Convention Kit
However, Stay-Out delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodation and transportation to and from Convention activities.
Delegates who prefer the convenience of having their accommodation and designated Convention transportation arranged for them are encouraged to select the ₱20,000 All-In Package.
🛎️ If a delegate does not need hotel accommodation, is there a lower registration rate?
Yes. Delegates who do not require Convention-provided accommodation may choose the ₱13,000 Stay-Out Package.
The Stay-Out Package provides access to the Convention venue and programs, Convention meals on May 7–8, the May 6 fellowship lunch at CSA Audi Gym, and the Convention Kit.
Accommodation and transportation are not included and must be arranged independently by the delegate.
🛎️ Can an All-In delegate choose not to stay at the hotel for one or more nights and receive a partial refund?
No. The ₱20,000 All-In Package is offered as a complete Convention package covering four days and three nights of accommodation together with the other stated inclusions.
If an All-In delegate chooses not to use the hotel accommodation for one or more nights, the unused accommodation cannot be deducted from or refunded against the package price.
Delegates who know in advance that they will not require Convention-provided accommodation are encouraged to select the ₱13,000 Stay-Out Package instead.

The ₱13,000 Stay-Out Package is available for delegates who prefer to arrange their own accommodation and transportation while still participating in the Convention programs, meals, and shared experiences included in their package.
Whichever option a delegate chooses, everyone gathers as part of the same Cofradia family and shares in the heart of the Convention experience.
🤎 What is the Convention's ultimate goal?
Beyond attendance numbers, the Convention seeks to:
Gather the flock.
Deepen faith.
