Beginning August 9, delegates may complete the official registration form and make the required ₱5,000 initial registration payment.

Yes. A registered delegate who can no longer attend may transfer their registration to another eligible participant, even if the original delegate has not yet completed the full payment.

The replacement participant will assume the registration and will be responsible for settling the remaining balance on or before January 31, 2027, subject to proper coordination and confirmation by the Registration Committee.

Any changes to accommodation, transportation, or other arrangements will also be subject to availability.

Delegates who wish to upgrade or downgrade their selected package may contact the Registration Committee to check availability.

Any approved change will be subject to package and accommodation availability.

Payments already made are non-refundable, and any additional amount required for an approved upgrade must be settled according to the instructions of the Registration Committee.

For approved downgrades, no refund will be issued for amounts already paid.

Yes. Rooming requests will be considered by the Convention Committee and will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to room availability and the final room allocation.

Since All-In accommodation is based on triple sharing, delegates are encouraged to coordinate their preferred rooming arrangements with their fellow participants early.

Final room assignments remain subject to the Convention Committee and hotel availability.

Accommodation under the ₱20,000 All-In Package is based on triple-sharing occupancy, and delegates are strongly encouraged to embrace the shared room arrangement as part of the Convention experience.

Shared accommodations foster fellowship, strengthen relationships among delegates, and help maximize the available hotel rooms for the Convention community.

Couples who prefer an exclusive two-person room may request this arrangement, subject to hotel availability and approval by the Convention Committee.

Because the room is designed and priced for three occupants, an exclusive two-person arrangement requires the delegates to cover the cost of the unused third occupancy.

For this reason, the total package cost for an exclusive two-person room is equivalent to three All-In registrations:

If an All-In delegate chooses not to use the hotel accommodation for one or more nights, the unused accommodation cannot be deducted from or refunded against the package price.

Convention 2027 will be held at Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay City from May 6 - 9, 2027.

The Convention's main programs, formation sessions, meals, fellowship activities, and other Convention events will be held at or coordinated through the designated Convention facilities.

The May 6 opening activities will begin at Sto. Niño de Cebu Parish in Biñan, Laguna, before delegates proceed to Taal Vista Hotel.
